The BOSaNOVA XTC-600 includes a full array of embedded programs, such as the full-featured Microsoft Internet Explorer, Office Viewers, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Microsoft Outlook Express, Java Virtual Machine (JVM), Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), and Independent Computing Architecture (ICA).

Intelligence of a PC with the security and TCO of a Thin Client

Unlike most Thin Clients that contain only compact versions of their browsers, the BOSaNOVA XTC-600 delivers the full version of the IE browser. With its embedded applications, such as Outlook Express, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and JVM, the end user will not be able to distinguish between the deliverability of the XTC-600 and a full PC. 

The XTC-600 delivers all of this functionality while still providing the security and ease of maintenance of BOSaNOVA’s award-winning Thin Clients.

Enterprise Class Remote Administration

The BOSaNOVA XTC-600 Thin Client is simple to configure either locally or remotely using the BOSaNOVA Manager management software, which enables the following tasks:

Full-Featured 122-key Keyboard


The BOSâNOVA XTC-600 includes support for a full-featured 122-key keyboard*, enabling efficient work with host applications, whether they be Windows Terminal Server, or 5250/3270 terminal sessions.

Because the BOSâNOVA 122-key keyboard is driverless, it functions seamlessly with any PC, as well as with a thin client. Therefore, for customers with a mixed PC and thin client environment, the BOSâNOVA 122-key keyboard is the ideal keyboard investment.

The 122-key keyboard available with the BOSâNOVA XTC-600 works perfectly in both Windows and iSeries / zSeries software environments.
