Overview
The Axis host-to-LAN print servers provide a flexible and cost-effective way
to print to your LAN printers from your AS/400 or mainframe.
In addition to support for all popular protocols and operating systems such
as NetWare, UNIX and Windows, Axis print servers deliver world-class support
for IBM host system printing.
The flexibility to choose between multiple print methods including TN3270e
and TN5250e, as well as SNA and IPDS data streams, makes Axis the ideal
solution for the enterprise network.
The AXIS 5470e print server supports OS/400, OS/390, OS/2, Windows 95,
Windows 98, Windows NT, Novell NetWare including NDS and NDPS, more than 20
different UNIX systems, Apple Ethertalk and more.
